A few months ago my husband and I decided to sell our home. Our past experience led us to attempt selling it “By Owner". My husband was thoroughly convinced that using a realtor was not necessary, BOY WAS HE WRONG!

Fourth, Tierney has the perfect personality to match any other personality types in the Buyer/Seller mix. (In our case she had to deal with my very stubborn, all knowing husband). Lastly, her strong Christian ethics were quite prominent from our first meeting.

Were we right about our choice to hire Tierney? ABSOLUTELY! Our expectations were exceeded ten-fold. She sold our house quickly, at the price we wanted with the terms we wanted. It was almost too easy. My husband is now a believer in Realtors. Now that is an accomplishment to say the least.
